1. DEFINITIONS
“Affiliates” shall mean Medisense or any other entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Medisense .
“App” shall mean the mobile application of Medisense through which the Service Providers can provide the Services.

“Applicable Law(s)" shall mean all applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, statutory or government notifications of Delaware.
